The Tofino Jazz Festival is back from June 23 to 25. Mixing a variety of genres and cultures while supporting local growth in the arts, the festival welcomes all ages and includes free outdoor shows as well. The Wick is proud to sponsor this event, which also has a mission to introduce youth to jazz music and give them opportunities for their first professional experience performing as musicians. Anything but your typical derby, the Tofino Saltwater Classic is back for a weekend full of friends and fishing. Hosted by Brendan Morrison since its inception in 2009, all proceeds from funds raised go to Tofino community initiatives focused on children and youth programs. Come cast a line and join the fun from July 7 to 9.
