Surfrider Sessions Fundraiser (March 9, 2019): We are proud to host the second annual Surfrider Sessions Fundraiser, an exclusive 50-person event with delicious cocktails and canapes, a three-course meal with wine pairings and live music. This great event was a hit last year and sold out quickly. All proceeds go to our local Surfrider chapter—get your tickets now!

“Orcas” talk with Raincoast Education Series (March 14, 2019): We won’t be celebrating an official Whalefest this year, but that doesn’t affect their migration! The whales will be coming back in full force very soon and we look forward to their arrival as a marker of seasons changing. As a smaller tribute, the Raincoast Education Society will be hosting an education session on orcas on March 14 at the Tofino Botanical Gardens. And, if you’re here for spring break, be sure to take a look at their schedule of interpretive tours on the Wild Pacific Trail!

Plan ahead for Feast Tofino (May 3-5, 2019): This annual celebration of boat-to-table food culture brings internationally-acclaimed culinary folk (chefs, harvesters, purveyors) to the coast. It’s an exciting and delicious occasion and, now that they’ve announced the 2019 dates, you can start planning your visit! More details will continue to arrive in the next months, be sure to check back in.
