Calling all surf queens! Wax your boards: the 11th annual Queen of the Peak is back this fall after a 2-year hiatus, and registration opens on September 1st. A supporter since the event’s inception, we are once again sponsoring this year's event and encouraging surfers to join us for this fun, 2-day weekend event on October 1st and 2nd.

Mark your calendars for the Carving on the Edge Festival. Taking place from September 8th to 13th, the festival is a wonderfully unique gathering that brings together and celebrates the traditional and contemporary carving arts through education and relationship building. Join in for workshops, exhibitions, artist talks, guided tours, installations, and performances geared toward everyone from arts and culture lovers to experienced woodcarvers.

Events like these and the people who organize and attend them are what make our community here so special.
