Morning ritual

Ride to meet your guide

Cycle into town along the ʔapsčiik t̓ašii multi-use path to meet your kayak guide for a morning excursion.

Paddle, hike, paddle

Kayak from Tofino Harbour to Meares Island and explore the Big Tree Trail. Walk through old-growth forest where spruce, hemlock, and western red cedar rise from the forest floor. Some stand more than a thousand years old, among the largest in British Columbia. The Hanging Garden Tree anchors this ancient grove. After your hike, paddle back to town, where lunch awaits
