Tofino market
Open Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm from the May long weekend through Thanksgiving, the Tofino Market on the Village Green is a showcase of local artisans and West Coast craftsmanship. Art walks
Experience Tofino's vibrant art scene on foot along one of three self-guided routes: the Downtown Art Walk, the Multi-Use Path (MUP) Art Walk, and the Downtown Cultural Walk. Each walk lasts about 1-2 hours and features public art, historic sites, and storytelling through audio tours. Discover totem poles by Joe David, driftwood sculptures, galleries, and even the Carving Shed on Chesterman Beach.
Tofino Clayoquot heritage museum
Located on the ground floor of the Tofino Legion building, the Heritage Museum offers engaging guided tours every Wednesday at 11 am and 2 pm. These one-hour tours delve into the region's rich history, exploring the cultural traditions of the Nuu-chah-nulth, the challenges and explorations of the colonial pioneers, and the maritime history of fishing, logging, and regional development.
