We are delighted to announce the details of a Winemaker’s Dinner featuring Unsworth Vineyards on May 31st, 2024. The evening will start with a 6 pm cocktail welcome in the Shoreline Terrace, followed by Chef Clayton’s five-course tasting menu perfectly paired with Unsworth varietals. Chris Turyk from Unsworth will guide attendees through the tastes of his family’s legacy. Dinner will take place in Howard’s Wine Cellar, an intimate space surrounded by the Inn’s extensive wine collection and grounded to the very bedrock of Vancouver Island.

Tickets are priced at $250.00, plus applicable taxes and gratuity. To maintain an intimate atmosphere, purchases are limited to four tickets per guest. We extend our invitation to all; staying at the Inn is not a prerequisite for attending this event.

About Unsworth

Unsworth Vineyards is a family-built business conceived by Tim and Colleen Turyk, long-time residents of the Cowichan Valley and Vancouver Island. Inspired by the evolving wine and food culture of the area, the Turyk’s bought the Unsworth property in 2009 and developed their wines of distinction in the years following. Chris Turyk, Tim and Colleen’s son, continues to manage Unsworth today.
