We’re pleased to present the work of Jérémy Mathieu in the Henry Nolla Gallery, a Tofino-based nature photographer whose images explore the connection between place, biodiversity, and protection. As a photographer, guide, director, and cinematographer, Mathieu collaborates with authors and institutions to evoke emotion and encourage greater awareness of the importance of preserving biodiversity.

His work has been featured in National Geographic and Canadian Geographic, and he recently received a grand prize in a photography contest for an image captured in Clayoquot Sound. His photographs will be on display from February 17 to May 4.
