Oyster & Champagne Tasting with Billecart-Salmon
In honour of the Tofino Oyster Festival weekend, we invite you to join us for an intimate evening of oysters and Champagne at the Driftwood Café. On Friday, November 21, 2025, from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m., savour a relaxed grazing reception featuring a selection of freshly shucked and cooked oysters, complemented by a variety of seasonal small bites and paired with Champagne Billecart-Salmon.
This special event will be presented in partnership with Champagne Billecart-Salmon, a family-owned Champagne house founded in 1818 in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, France. Renowned for its elegance, balance, and finesse, Billecart-Salmon produces exceptional cuvées that reflect both terroir and time. Guests will enjoy sampling Brut Nature, Blanc de Blancs, and Le Rosé.
Set against the cozy, coastal charm of the Driftwood Café, this evening offers an exceptional opportunity to connect with fellow food and champagne enthusiasts while celebrating the bounty of the Pacific.
Tickets are $150 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity, and are available through our online store.
The Tofino Oyster Festival is the reincarnation of the beloved Clayoquot Oyster Festival, which began in 1997 and ran for over 20 years, celebrating the start of oyster season on the West Coast. A favourite with both locals and visitors, the festival continues to honour the abundance and bounty of the Pacific in and around Tofino and Vancouver Island.
