Casual in atmosphere and uncompromising in quality, taste burgers, steaks, Dungeness crab, and a scotch selection that ranks among BC's largest.
A collection built to honour BC producers and international estates alike, our cellar holds over seven hundred labels curated by our sommelier. The space is available for private gatherings of up to twenty guests around a twenty-foot carved yellow cedar table, where wine becomes the heart of celebration.
Enjoy breakfast before stepping out for a mid-morning beach walk, or lunch by the fireplace when the weather turns. The Driftwood Café, in the Beach Building, overlooks Chesterman Beach with house-made pastries, sandwiches on fresh-baked bread, and BC wines if the moment calls for it. A coastal tradition beneath old-growth trees just steps from Chesterman Beach, where fresh Dungeness crab is served family-style with seasonal salads, roasted vegetables and desserts from our pastry team.
