Food & Beverage Attendant

The successful candidate must be able to lead, and be a role model for all operating standards and systems. As a Food & Beverage Attendant you will:
- Assisting in preparation and clean-up of restaurant room for ensuing shifts
- Food running and complete menu knowledge
- Carry Room Service trays between buildings and to guest rooms (indoor/outdoor)
- Clearing and setting tables
- Assisting servers in any way possible
Our ideal candidate will embody the West Coast culture, while still being committed to the art of hospitality and pursuit of excellence. They will have:
- General knowledge of food, wine, beer and spirits
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast paced fine dining environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs/13.6 kgs
- An appreciation for detail and customer service
- Professional and positive attitude in every aspect of the position
- Consistent punctuality and dedication
- A calm, polite and composed demeanor
- Commitment to the Wickaninnish Inn before any other employment
- Must have valid Serving it Right
- A mutual understanding of your employment duration will be determined during your interview
Salary/Wage: $17.75 per hour
