In fact, we are so confident with our Best Rate Promise that in the most unlikely event you do find a lower rate elsewhere within 24 hours of your booking, we will not only match the lower rate, we will also give you a $50 credit toward your stay, as well as a complimentary room upgrade (based on availability). Please note:

• Rates are for guest rooms only, based on single or double occupancy and exclude Holiday Periods. Breakfast is not included in the room rate and is available a la carte in The Pointe Restaurant, as room service or in one of the many lovely cafés and restaurants in Tofino.

• Please inquire about all rates and availability. Rates are subject to applicable taxes and are subject to change without notice.
• Minimum night stays are required and may vary.
• Our rates are based on single or double occupancy; there is an additional charge per night for each person three years or older in the room.
• There is a limited number of pet rooms available.
• Guest room configurations include:
  • One King bed
  • One King bed with a double or queen sofa bed
  • Two Queen beds
  • Oversized room with two Queen beds

Room Reservation Agreement

• A deposit of 50% of the total room charge plus tax is required at the time of reservation, i.e. a deposit of one night's room plus tax will be secured for a 2-night reservation. The remaining 50% of the total room charge plus tax will be secured 15 days prior to arrival for reservations from October to May and 31 days prior to arrival for reservations from June to September. Please note that the Elopement Package requires a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
• Cancellations or date changes 15 or more days prior to arrival from October to May and 31 or more days prior to arrival from June to September are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Small Group cancellations or date changes 31 or more days prior to arrival are subject to a $50 per room cancellation fee. Elopement Packages cancellations or date changes 31 or more days prior to arrival are subject to a $200 cancellation fee. Please note that the Small Group deposit and cancellation standards will be applied to reservations made for bookings of three rooms or more.
• Cancellations and date changes within 15 days of arrival from October to May and 31 days of arrival from June to September render the full room deposit charges non-refundable. Small Group and Elopement Packages cancellations and date changes within 30 days of arrival render full room deposit charges non-refundable year-round. The Wickaninnish Inn highly recommends purchasing travel insurance that covers your stay for unexpected cancellations.
• On or after the day of your arrival, any date changes or cancellations to the number of room nights for all or part of your stay will result in the processing of the full value of your stay that you originally reserved.
• The Wickaninnish Inn is an entirely non-smoking property. Smoking or vaping of any kind in the guest rooms and suites or on the guest room balconies will result in a substantial fee.
• Check-in standard: a credit card must be presented for pre-authorization for the remaining room charges plus $300 CAD per day for incidentals upon check-in. Any remaining funds from credit card pre-authorization will be released within 3 to 7 business days of your check-out date at the discretion of your financial institution.

Best Rate Promise Terms & Conditions

• The reservation must be made through any Wickaninnish Inn reservation channel (www.wickinn.com, , or calling 800.333.4604 or 250.725.3100).
• The guarantee does not apply to the following rate types
  • Any sites which require a login and password profile to book travel, or on foreign independent traveller (FIT) sites
  • Rates published within $1.00 CAD of wickinn.com’s rates
  • Corporate and group rates or return guest and newsletter promotions
  • Package rates that include the room and other components
  • Charitable auctions
• The Comparison Rate must be found, documented and forwarded to within 24 hours for the same room type and reservation dates.
• Wickaninnish Inn will verify the Comparison Rate within 48 hours of receiving your claim, and we will contact you. Because the claim must be processed before check-in, you must submit your claim at least 48 hours prior to check-in.
• Rate comparison will be made on the base room rate. Rate disparities solely attributable to fluctuations and/or differences in currency exchange rates are excluded from the guarantee.
• When a claim covers multiple nights, the rates will be compared for each night separately.
• Wickaninnish Inn reserves the right to modify or cancel the guarantee at any time without prior notice.
