When you work at the Wickaninnish Inn, you’re part of a family-owned property with roots in Tofino since the 1950s. Upon commencement of employment (All Employees)

Available after 1 year of employment

  • (All Employees): Leave of absence, opportunity to request a leave of absence (more than 30 days and less than 90 days)
  • (Full-time Employees): RRSP contribution match of up to $250 when an employee has contributed up to $250 to the group plan RRSPs, or at least $500 to RRSPs with an alternate financial institution
  • (Full-time Employees): Bereavement leave, in the event of a death in the immediate family (see Employee Handbook for definition) an employee will receive up to 3 days paid leave
