While summer often steals the spotlight for travelling, fall tends to see fewer crowds and offers more breathing room to slow down and savour all this season has to offer. Whether it's staying in North America or venturing further abroad, explore the unique beauty of autumn at these remarkable Relais & Châteaux properties.

Le Toiny - St. Barths, French West Indies

Head to the sunshine as Le Toiny reopens its doors on October 15th after its annual two-month closure. This is the perfect time for guests to visit the resort, just ahead of the peak season in November. As the only hotel on St Barths' wild, uninhabited Caribbean coast, Le Toiny is located on 17 acres atop the hillside above Anse de Toiny with unobstructed panoramic views of the sea below. The hotel's 22 suites are private and serene, with over 1,700 sq ft of space, private terraces, and large heated pools. Dine at Le Toiny Restaurant, one of the best fine dining options on the island by French gourmet guide Gault & Milau, featuring refined cuisine from mastermind Chef Brenton Styles. Guests can also enjoy exclusive service at The Beach Club, a hidden paradise stretching over 40,000 square feet on Toiny Bay.
