With tremendous pride, we congratulate our Chef Concierge Antoine Gay for receiving his shiny gold keys from the Les Clefs d'Or family, a team of 4000 dedicated concierge members around the globe dedicated to the achievement of exceptional service by connecting, educating and inspiring members to exceed guest expectations. Antoine's extensive travel from China to Bora Bora and all-around-the-world hotel knowledge made him a prime candidate for both the Concierge position at the Inn, as well as for this accreditation. Those of us who work beside Antoine know achieving his "golden keys" was by no means an easy feat - and came from a deeply held commitment over multiple years. We could not be more thrilled for him, and we look forward to what the future holds for him and his new accreditation!
Did you know March is the best time to witness gray whales in migration out here on the coast? Join us for the Pacific Rim Whale Festival from March 18th – 28th, when our gray whales are on their way back from their annual vacation in the warm waters of Baja and migrate north from February to April. This year's festival will feature educational and entertaining events for all ages. If you have the opportunity or are looking for a reason to come to Tofino, please join us over these next exciting weeks and months. Perhaps you'll have the pleasure of seeing some humpbacks, killer whales, and other stunning local wildlife too! We would also like to congratulate Myles Beeby for creating such beautiful artwork for this year's poster!
As we begin to see the easing of more travel restrictions, we look forward to welcoming more travellers back to Tofino and the Inn. If you've enjoyed staying with us in the past, we'd be grateful for your consideration in voting for our nomination in the Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards 2022.
