Wickaninnish “On Pointe”

“We couldn't believe what we saw within 200m of the coffee lounge! Walks (or hikes) are our thing, so we were delighted to find that our stay included a complimentary nature walk on the beach. Within a few steps, at low tide, we were overwhelmed with an abundance of wildlife! Starfish are so often confined to what you see dried up in shops or seaside-inspired interior schemes, but here were real ones - full of colourful, voluptuous life. Despite having a seaside upbringing myself, I have never seen as many in such a small area. We even saw a Bald Eagles' nest! This was only one of many special memories of our stay. We'll be back...”
