LUMIÉRE CHEF ROB FEENIE SHOWCASES CHRISTMAS FEAST AT THE WICKANINNISH INN

Vancouver's trend setting chef, Rob Feenie of Lumière Restaurant will be featuring the Wickaninnish Inn its Pointe Restaurant and Tofino area as a locale for his West Coast Christmas special, to be aired throughout Canada on the Food Network in mid December.

The sophistication of Chef Feenie's west coast Christmas Feast is enhanced by the rustic elegance of the Wickaninnish Inn and the drama of "nature's edge" at the doorstep of the Pacific Ocean and the adjacent coastal rainforest. Along with thr main course of Whole Roasted Squab and Cornish Game Hen stuffed with Prosciutto and Truffles, Chef Feenie prepares an array of Christmas classics including a Spicy Sausage Stuffing, Wild Mushroom Ragout, Herbed Potatoes and Glazed Winter Vegetables.

Charles McDiarmid, Managing Director of the Wickaninnish Inn, was absolutely delighted to host Chef Feenie's Christmas show.
