CONDÉ NAST JOHANSENS NAMES THE WICKANINNISH INN MOST EXCELLENT LODGE

(Tofino, BC) Condé Nast Johansens, the international luxury travel guide from the “most trusted name in travel publishing,” Condé Nast Publications., today announced the eagerly awaited winners of the 2007 Awards for Excellence.  The Wickaninnish Inn, located on the west coast of Vancouver Island was named the “Most Excellent Lodge” in Canada and throughout the Americas. This is the first year that the Inn has been featured in the guide, and the first time it has been nominated for an award.  The Inn is the sole Canadian property to win this prestigious honour.
