Guest Chef - and former Wickaninnish Inn alumni - Andrew Springett of S.A.I.T. alongside Chef de Cuisine Nicholas Nutting The Pointe Restaurant kitchen brigade bring the spirit of Salmon alive in this Five Course tasting menu. Guests are welcomed to share the Chef's Table in the Rainforest Section of The Pointe Restaurant at 7:30pm. Tickets are $75.00 per person plus taxes and gratuity. Boat to BBQ - Feast! Event with Guest Chef Andrew Springett

Join Chefs Andrew Springett and Nicholas Nutting at 9:00am for a day on the water (approx. 6 hours) with Hymax Fishing Charters’ Greg McKay. Afterwards, savour the fruits of each Chef’s labour, as they clean and prepare their catch – you can keep your own! - for a 6:00pm BBQ on Shell Beach. Team Chef Springett will compete with team Chef Nutting for bragging rights earned by the team with the biggest fish!

Fishing and Shell Beach BBQ reservations are $200.00 plus taxes and gratuities. A maximum of ten spots available. Shell Beach BBQ reservations are $75.00 plus taxes and gratuities. A maximum of ten BBQ only spots available.

Please note, to join the fishing excursion, you will need a BC Coastal Waters fishing license with salmon tag. If you are taking your catch home, Hymax can assist in arranging processing.
