The role of the hotel concierge is guest benefactor and ambassador. A concierge anticipates needs and fulfills requests—as long as they are ethical and legally possible—with professionalism, care and discretion. Their services have extraordinary breadth, from securing the perfect wedding proposal spot to organizing the delivery of a piece of art, from arranging dinner reservations to scheduling the right guide for a private nature hike.

We believe a fulsome experience of Tofino, Clayoquot Sound and the Esowista Peninsula includes exploring beyond our immediate property. We have an array of accomplished entrepreneurs in our community with incredible offerings, and we would love to help you to seek out their unique services; it’s one of the reasons we don’t include all activities on site at the Inn. We see our role as providing the opportunity for you to discover the most authentic experiences with local suppliers, and help you navigate what feels best for you.
